LIFTERA, FACE AND SKIN THERAPY

Liftera therapy, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a non-invasive high-intensity focused ultrasound that gently strikes deeper tissue on the face and body, allowing face and body shaping by tightening and lifting. Experience a non-surgical facelift, body shaping without invasive surgery or liposuction.

Benefits of therapy:

  • Scientifically proven
  • stimulates new collagen and elastin
  • the tightening effect can last over a year
  • the treatment lasts between 35 and 60 min
  • treatment of gravitational wrinkles and falling cheeks
  • treatment of dark eye bags - dark circles
  • treating the chin and tightening and reducing it
  • treating wrinkles around the eyes and drooping eyelids
  • suitable for darker skin types
  • also suitable for sunburned skin

Neinvazivno zatezanje:

Non-invasive tightening:

Liftera therapy is the only non-invasive procedure approved by the FDA and which tightens the skin on the neck, under the chin and around the eyebrows. Now, the FDA has also approved and proven that this therapy improves the appearance of lines and wrinkles in the area of the décolleté. Liftera therapy can help you achieve a fresher and more youthful look from forehead to chest.

Makes new collagen:
The Liftera procedure stimulates collagen production by producing focused ultrasound energy into the deeper layers of the skin and subcutaneous supporting tissue - these are the structures covered in cosmetic surgery - but with the help of this therapy without cutting or damaging the skin surface. Discrete areas of controlled skin damage created at the focal point of HIFU energy stimulate wound healing by neocollagenesis and elastinogenesis, tightening and lifting of target areas.

Ultrasound lifting without surgery

Liftera therapy is the only non-invasive procedure approved by the FDA and which tightens the skin on the neck, under the chin and around the eyebrows. Some patients have an initial effect immediately after treatment, but the real results appear within 2-3 months. with a remodeling process to lift and tighten the skin on the neck, chin, face, as well as smooth skin on the chest. And while Liftera therapy will not duplicate the results of fascillation, it is a clinically proven non-invasive alternative to those not ready for surgery, and may even be an option for patients who want to extend the effects of cosmetic surgery. tightens the skin on the neck, under the chin and around the eyebrows Liftera therapy uses the power of ultrasound to transform the forehead, chin, neck and chest. Ultrasound is, of course, it has been used safely in the field of medicine for more than 50 years, and Liftera therapy has been established as safe and effective in clinical studies and over half a million treatments worldwide.

Toxin- and Needle-Free

Unlike lasers, radio frequencies, surgeries and other techniques, non-surgical Liftera therapy bypasses the skin surface to deliver the right amount of ultrasound energy at the right depth and the right temperature. This energy triggers a natural reaction under the skin, accelerating the natural regeneration process that produces fresh, new collagen.

Safe for darker skin types

Darker skin types tend to form pigmented surfaces after damage to the upper layer of the skin - the epidermis, which leads to inflammation there, but especially on the layer where the epidermis fills the dermis, the dermo-epidermal layer. This inflammatory process excites the cells that produce melanin in the basal junction of the epidermis, melanocytes, and they are activated and produce too much melanin as part of the protective function of the skin after damage, just like after sunbathing. This is called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or PIH and can be a major side effect after laser procedures as well as in sensitive skin types. With Liftera HIFU therapy, ultrasound rays transmitted through the epidermis and upper dermis are still harmless and do not cause heat because they have not reached the focal point. The damage is therefore limited to areas of the dermis well below the epidermis and therefore PIH is not a problem. Liftera therapy is therefore suitable for darker skin types and even skin that has turned black.

What is Liftera HIFU therapy from Liftera?

The Liftera system delivers deeply penetrating ultrasound energy based on the same technology that allows us to safely look inside the uterus to see a growing fetus and as a diagnostic tool for various conditions of internal organs such as the kidney, liver, etc. Ultrasound is another type of energy like light, where the waves are low-frequency sound, and therefore ultrasound. We can take a magnifying glass and focus sunlight on a small point of extremely strong light energy, capable of igniting a sheet of paper. However, before sunlight enters the lens and immediately after it comes out of the lens, sunlight is harmless. The same principle is used in high-intensity ultrasound focus or HIFU. Numerous truncated ultrasound beams are focused by an "acoustic lens" on the target tissue. Each beam can pass through the tissue without any damage, but in focus, intense acoustic energy creates a powerful thermal effect. When it is focused on the deeper layers of our skin, it creates heat and creates controlled mild coagulation damage to the deeper collagen fibers in these deeper layers. This blow starts the wound healing process, creating new collagen and elastin fibers that then reshape to lift and tighten the target tissue. We can target any part of the body with skin laxity: face, neck, décolleté, even arms, legs, abdomen, etc.

Is Liftera therapy safe?

Liftera therapy has been used in over 620,000 treatments worldwide and more and more every month. Our team in the showroom of the Beauty Center went through extensive procedural training to make you feel safe in choosing Lifter therapy in our salon. Liftera therapy is the only micro-focused ultrasound technology reviewed and approved by one of the world's most rigorous FDA agencies (US Food and Drug Administration).

Are there any side effects?

Initially, redness of the skin may appear, but it should disappear in a few hours. Some clients experience mild swelling and sensitivity to touch but these effects are temporary and disappear quickly. Other less common effects may include temporary bruising or numbness in small areas. As with any aesthetic medical procedure, there is the possibility of other rare effects that your doctor will warn you about. We can give 14-minute therapy, light therapy - low level light therapy (LED-Astrodome Oxygen) after your Liftera therapy: this can help to avoid any mild discomfort and in addition improve the results.

Does Liftera therapy hurt?

For Liftera therapy to work, it must warm the deep layers of the skin. Everyone will have different sensitivity to this heat. We will advise you on how to manage the discomfort in the way that suits you best during the consultation.

What are collagen and elastin?

These are two very important elements within our skin. Collagen is a protein that the skin is rich in and is important for providing firmness and stability through the cross-links of collagen fibers. Collagen is produced by special cells (fibroblasts), but over time our skin loses some of its collagen, contributing to the relaxed and hanging appearance of the skin. Elastin is a highly elastic protein in the skin, which is also made of fiboblasts and which forms elastic fibers, instead of thick rubber bands. They maintain the elasticity of the skin and allow the skin to return to its original position after it is pressed, pinched or stretched. As we age our skin loses elastin so the elastic fibers lose their elasticity leading to sagging and stretched skin. Since our face is constantly exposed to movements and pressure (when we smile, talking, shouting, crying, laughing or singing), loss of elastin and collagen can really take a toll on the appearance of our skin. The natural healing process initiated by Liftera therapy helps to restore the fibrous matrix with new, healthy collagen and elastic fibers, restoring the youthful appearance of the skin.

How long does the treatment last?

The duration of treatment will depend on the region being treated and your individual treatment plan. For example, a face and neck treatment takes 35-60 minutes while a breast treatment takes about 30 minutes.

How many Liftera therapy will I need?

Most clients need a revision 1.5 to 2 months later after the first treatment. However, based on the degree of skin elasticity, the biological response to ultrasound energy and the individual collagen building process, some clients have a habit of using such treatments every 4 months. Rule I our experience confirms that it is necessary to do 2 treatments at intervals of 2 months and then repeat all this after 10 -12 months. As your skin continues to age, the following treatments can help your skin keep up with the natural aging process.

When will I see the results? How long will they last?

The results are seen immediately after treatment as an initial elevation, as treatment generated by Liftera therapy reduces target collagen. However, the final and best results will be seen over the next 2-3 months, as the growth of new collagen and elastin replaces the old tissue targeted by therapy and the remodeling process ensures that they are optimally aligned and tightened. One treatment of Lifter therapy in some people can have an effect for up to a year, and our expert will advise you on what results you can expect. It should be noted that the results after 2 treatments will not leave such an impression of tightening as after BOTOX treatment, but to repeat THIS is the only non-invasive lifting therapy with which we can do gravity wrinkles and falling cheeks over the lower jaw, as well as chin reduction therapy. The whole face with the chin is treated.

What do I have to do after treatment?

After Lifter therapy, you can immediately resume your usual lifestyle and activities without having to follow any measures after the treatment.

Does Liftera change the need for facelift surgery?

It must be said that Liftera does not double the results of facelifting but lifts and tightens the treated skin, on the other hand Liftera can be used before, or as an alternative to surgery and after surgery to maintain the effect. Unlike surgery, ot also has the added advantage that you allows you to resume your usual lifestyle and activities immediately after treatment.

How is Liftera different from laser treatment?

Liftera therapy uses ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production at the base of the skin, resulting in clinically significant tissue uplift over 2 - 3 months. Lasers rely on the energy of light, which usually involves damage to the upper layer of the skin. Ultrasound Energy - Liftera therapy is safely transmitted through the skin without surface damage to reach a depth of focus between 1.5 mm and 4.5 mm. As the two technologies often treat different types of skin problems, they can be compatible.
